There are a lot of delicious food in Kumamoto. For example, Kumamoto is famous for "Basashi". "Basashi" is meat of horse. Have you ever eaten "Basashi"? It is very delicious. I like it.
Then there is a food which is called "Karashirenkon" in Kumamoto. It is a food that there is a mustard in the hole of the lotus roof. My grandmother often make it. I like it very much. I like Kumamoto's food! 73

I like Basashi, but I don't like Karashirenkon. Because it is very hot!!
